My Story
My name is Elena Konstantinidou, certified business & digital coach and master’s graduate in educational science with a focus on adult education.
For several years I have been working as a systemic coach advising people who are going through personal processes. My specialty is the effective implementation of coaching interventions in companies and organizations.
I see my job as a coach as supporting and accompanying you as a client by working with you to find individual and suitable solutions that strengthen and enrich you, as well as giving you the opportunity to further develop yourself and/or your team. I help my clients gain clarity, build resilience, unlock their power, shift their perspective, and strategize on how to practically achieve their work and lifestyle goals. All without sacrificing their health or happiness must! My personal experience has shown me where stress from everyday life can lead to and how impactful and transforming regular coaching sessions can be.
My goal is to strengthen and develop managers as well as entrepreneurs and their teams through coaching and training so that they contribute to the development of the organizations and companies they lead. One of my main focus lies on helping leaders achieve difficult goals through partnerships, maintaining their authenticity as well as achieving growth and excellence. My long-term vision is to recognize the authenticity of every manager and entrepreneur and offer what the company and the people they lead need so that everyone can grow together.
